Scott Stowell

The lecture by Scott Stowell last night was incredible.  I really wasn't looking forward to the lecture, but he was so funny and really gave off a good vibe.  He seemed like someone that really loved his job as a graphic designer and it was inspirational to keep doing what I love: photography.

Industrial Design in my future?

After watching the documentary "Objectified", I am thinking about looking into Industrial Design as a possible career path for myself.  The documentary really helped me understand how much time, thought, soul and emotion goes into creating the world around us that most people don't even take into consideration.  I think I would be happy to have a career where everyday I am thinking and creating and going outside the box, while simultaneously making a huge impact on the world.
Just a thought.

I really enjoy this blog thing.  I've never really blogged before.  I don't really know what blogging is...but this picture makes me laugh.
